Input jack nut came off

I have a fryette LXII. I was unplugging the cable from input A and the plastic nut popped off the jack. I honestly cant tell if something is broken or worn on it because i cannot really tell how its supposed to go on. It looks to have some locking design. Is it supposed to turn clockwise or counter clockwise? I have tried multiple times and it doesn’t want to stay on. Can you give some instruction also in the possibility it is broke, can i get a replacement. Thanks

Push in gently with a 3/8" nut driver and turn a quarter turn to the right.
You can remove one of the other ones to see if the one that came off is good or bad.

If it’s bad, send your full name, address and phone number to support@fryette.com and we’ll drop a replacement in the mail.

Followed your instructions. As soon as i removed one of the other nuts , i can clearly see that it is indeed broken. There are 2 small lips that i suspect hold it in that are broke off. Im hoping they didnt fall down into the jack. The input is still operational so far. I will email fir a replacement. Thanks for your help.
