Hello everyone, I am a new user of a Fryette Memphis 30 head, I have a question regarding the power shift, is it normal to not feel a decrease or increase in volume between the 18w and 30w modes? Doesn’t it work as a power attenuator?

There is change in sound and headroom. The dB’s do not change.
No it does not work as a attenuator. Little or no change in volume in the room.
Hopefully someone gives you a more detailed answer.
