How to Use Celestion IR's and FRFR Speaker with GPDIIR

OK newbie question here:
Can I load Celestion IRs into the GPDIIR and then output that to a Celestion FRFR speaker?
Is it possible? Any problems?

Hi @DoctorG welcome to the forum!

Yes you can load any IR you want into the GPDI/IR, it’s 48kHz, 24-bit, 20ms I think that is the point regarding FRFR speakers. They claim not to impart much character on the sound, so that you can do that with IRs.

Just got my GPDI IR and loving it. Infinitely tone tweakable.

I’m mainly using it as a 1watt power amp for my Synergy system.

Haven’t bothered much with IR’s in the past, so IR’s are still new to me.

But I discovered that Celestion make IR’s for any and every combination of their speakers. And make several FRFR speakers. :exploding_head:
