Hello Gentlemen, I’m new to this, I hook up a Joyo Blue Jay 20 watt mini amp head, to a 8 ohms Orange cab. Not sure if I hook it up right something didn’t sound right so I unhooked it from the PS-2A went direct to the cab it sound great did I miss something.

The Blue Jay is a Class D amp which doesn’t like having the speaker output grounded.
Try pressing the Ground Lift switch on the back of the PS-2A and see if that solves the issue. If not, no worries. You don’t get any benefit running the BJ speaker out into a load anyway, so just use it like a preamp, wherein you connect the BJ FX Send to the PS Line In or FX Return.
