Guitar to amp iso box doesnt fix FX squeal

Trying to use a Radial Twin City on output B specifically (has an iso transformer) to isolate my guitar and pedal board from the guitar amp and PS2 so I can use EHX Oceans 11 in the fx loop. Doesnt work. What else am I missing?

I appreciate the quick response but this is exactly what I have tried to no avail. My Radial Twin City has an iso transformer on output B. That is how i had things running and no luck.

Other thoughts?

Please show me an actual map of your rig signal path.
