I imported a Fryette SAS pedal from the US and am desperately looking for a suitable power supply.
First problem: 12V AC is fairly rare, but available. However, the SAS manual states it can take 14VAC at most and all 12V AC power supplies I can find state that under no load they can go up to 14,5VAC. Is this an issue? Or will there always be a load due to the SAS running as soon as a power supply is plugged in (even when bypassed)?
Second problem: There are close to 0 available power supplies in Germany that use a 2,5mm barrel. Pretty much all of them are 2,1mm. I can buy an adapter to make this work however. It would be cool though if there was any “offical” power supply available for EU, or an official recommendation for a suitable EU power supply. I understand the pedal is old, rare and discontinued, just a thought.
