Fryette Ecosystem: ZMAC + PS-100 + Cyclops + PL-IR

I’m all in on the Fryette ecosystem with having already a ZMAC and PL-IR. Just ordered a PS-100 and Cyclops from American Musicial Supply.

For visual reference, could someone please provide a signal chain/block diagram of how these four units would be connected and confirmation of type of cable (instrument vs. speaker) w/ the Cyclops to PL-IR?

Gear:
-4 amps
-3 cabs (PL-IR is in the 4th cab output of the ZMAC)
-Strymon Iridium w/ Kingsley Page to use with the PL-IR and Cyclops

Thanks in advance.

Hi Tonecraft,

I answered this in the other post you had as well.

Thanks, Terry. I’ll circle back once all the gear arrives and if I still have any questions—much appreciated!

Hey Terry, This PS100 is a beast—What a well made piece of equipment!

My Cyclops is currently on back order. When it arrives, how would I be able to utilize the Line Out of the PS100 if it’s being used by the Cyclops? TIA

Hi Tonecraftfx,

Are you going to use your the PS-100’s effects loop? If not, you can use the effects send as a line out. If you are going to use it, you’ll need a splitter.

Thanks,

Terry

Hey Terry,

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I’m using the PS100’s effects loop. I’m assuming the splitter would be coming out of the PS100 Line Out, correct? Would a simple mono 1/4” TS male splitting into two 1/4” TS females passive splitter suffice? Or would a TRS male work as well? Or would you recommend a splitter with a transformer?

Thanks again!
