Fryette 2/50/2 - Export Power Transformer Cable colours for 240V

Hi there,

I took my 2/50/2 (which was wired for 230V) to my tech to get it re-wired for 240V, as I’m in the UK (and my wall voltage is +247V)

He said it’s not clear which PT cables are the correct ones to move mains to. I also tried to look up the PT from the model/serial #s but couldn’t find any specs. Could you please help identify which cables should be used for wiring in 240V?

Hi Darkscarf,

Your 2/50/2 is already wired for the correct voltage for your region. The transformer is set up to handle it without any issue. There are no provisions for further alteration of this unit or its transformer.
