FC-3B: Foot Controller Not Working

Greetings

I purchased a FC-3B: Foot Controller for Power Station 100.

The “Effects” foot switch (and its LED) work as intended, but the “Channel” Switch does not trigger any channel changes.

Toggling the “Channel” switch does nothing, PS100 channel remains unchanged, and the Chanel LED indicator light remains off.

I checked the connection to the PS100. The foot switch TRS plug is fully inserted into the correct jack on the rear of the PS 100.

Please note I also have a ZMACS and an LX-II Power amp, all of which are connected and working well. My entire rig sounds great and I love my Fryette Stuff!!

I purchased the FC-3B specifically for the PS100 channel switching capability.

Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Chris,

Does the PS-100 channel select function work when the footswitch cable is disconnected? If so, the footswitch cable may be the issue.

Thanks for responding on a weekend.

Yes, the channel function on the PS100 works fine.

I’m able to switch channels via the button on the front panel of the PS100.
