I have one of the awesome, underrated, and largely unloved SAS pedals. Do you have recommendations for type and source of the EF 86 tubes for use in that unit?
I was using my SAS yesterday. I don’t see it mentioned often. Definitely can get a huge sound with the SAS.

I have a few old Mullard EF86 made in UK. They are not too expensive on eBay. Or there are JJ in current production, maybe others too? My valve tester seems to be broken at the moment… otherwise I’d send you one… don’t want to send crap.

I acquired some NOS SED Winged =C= EF86/806. These a good option for the Boostassio pedal?
I’ve not had direct experience with those, but probably they had better quality control in the past 
I’d put them in and trust your ears.

Which current production EF86/806 tube(s) are you guys having/have had the best results with?
I don’t think any Fryette products currently used the EF86. I’m only aware of JJ is in current production. But it’s been a few years since I last looked.
