As the title notes, I’m curious if it is possible to run the GPDI/IR into an amp that doesn’t have an effects loop? If so, how would I hook it up. I’m looking for a smaller combo, and a couple that I’m interested in, do not have an FX loop. Thanks!

Unfortunately, without adding a few pieces of gear, that wouldn’t be possible. If you are looking for a combo currently, I’d go for something with a loop if the main point is using the GP/DI-IR with it.
