It looks very clean inside; I don’t see anything that worries me. I think you just want to get it back to factory specification and have it checked out? Fryette does not typically change capacitors, only if they are failing. Sounds like your unit just needs a re-tube and it will be back to life.
Follow these instructions to arrange to have it sent home.
