2 Powerstations for Wet (Stereo), Dry, Wet (Stereo), Possible?

Your first hypothetical setup seems to be Wet (mono) Dry. For a Wet-Dry-Wet you need three power amps; there is no other way around it.

I’ve got a pretty standard W/D/W rig with - tube amp head → Suhr Line-Out Box → stereo fx → Matrix stereo power amp → 3 4x12 cabs.
