Hi. I wanted some additional clarification on the purpose of the voicing switches on the 2502 and 2902 power amps. The product pages for the units mention they were designed for guitar cab and FRFR use, but I’m not sure which button setting was designed for what.

Generally speaking, use out position when using an FRFR cab. That said, there is no hard rule. Set them the way they suit you.
When using a guitar cab, you would more often set them to taste rather than sticking to one hard rule since guitar speaker response varies wildly by brand and performance.
