ZMACS Attenuator Loop Not Working

Ive just added the PS-2 to my ZMACS setup but only want to use it with one of the cabinets connected. When I run the PS-2 through the the switched attenuation loop, the loop switch on the ZMACS does not take the attenuator in/out of the signal. Is this normal? Ultimately id like to only use the PS-2/attenuation loop when cabinet 4 is active and completely bypass the loop when using cabinet 1. I understand I could just use the operate/bypass switch while using cabinet 1, but it seems pointless …

Having this exact same issue, went through all these steps, still not working. Please send an RMA.

Can I check what version of ZMACS you are using? Is it a V2? It should say on the back (please send the serial number).

If it’s V2 you’ll need a 3 wire speaker output cable to the ZMACS att loop return jack as shown in the V2 manual page 9.
