I have a VHT vs412v30. someone gutted the rear input plate and I need a replacement. anyone know where to get it?

The factory may be able to provide you with a current version replacement that would likely fit in this cab.
Just to be sure, can you send a pic of what’s on there now?

OK, that’s good.
The current jack plate assembly will replace that. The assembly will come with the jacks and switch installed and wired. You’ll need to strip out all of the old wiring and wire the new assembly to the speakers.
