Can you run the PS-2A with 1 amp head and 2 cabs that have different ohm ratings? (8 & 16)

The amp and cab can be set for a different impedance. That’s why there’s separate switches for those.
But if you want to use two cabs at the same time, the cabs should have the same impedance. Otherwise you end up with impedance mismatches.
you can run through two cabs with different impedances. 8 and 16 ohms in parallel is 5.3 ohms, so I’d run that through the 4 ohm setting on the PS-2A and amp. the sound will be a little different than if both cabs were 8 ohms, so you’ll have you figure out for yourself if that’s a desirable combination or not.
