PS100 Footswitch Control

Hello,

I’ve got an issue that’s kind of stumped me. I have a Friedman JJ Junior that I’m running through a PS100 into my board that is controlled by a MusicomLab EFX MK6 switcher.

The switcher has 2 inputs that allow for latched/momentary switch configuration. I’ve already used one of the jacks for the channel switching on the JJ head. It’s just a single latched to change clean to dirt.

I can’t figure out how to set up the other input to control the switching on the PS100. The factory controller from Fryette is a 2 button unit for the PS channels and effects loop but I’m not sure how to make this work or if it’s even possible with the Musicom??

Any guidance you can provide?

The PS-100 footswitch is a standard TRS non-latching type, where tip toggles channel and ring toggles the FX loop. You need to avoid having LEDs in series with the switch, some footswitches to not work for this reason.
