Has anyone recorded a preamp pedal (Friedman IR-D) > PS-2A > UA OxBox > DAW?

It’s possible to do this: use the reactive load on the output of the power station.
However, in your case, you are feeding the Power Station from line level, so you already have an unused reactive load inside the PS-2A. If you connect the PS-2A SPKR OUT to AMP IN, this will give you power amplifier tone on top of the preamp. Then take the balanced and isolated XLR line-level out to a USB sound card and then to the DAW.
We call this self-attenuation mode.
