PS-100 failure, Fryette not responding

Ok thanks for clarifying. There are not too many more think I can think of, I’ve asked the shop for some suggestions. Please standby.

Any updates from the shop?

Hey,

Not yet, sorry.

Ok, I think I’m just going to return this thing unless there’s some kind of plan in motion soon. I don’t want to seem like a jerk, but this thread has been open for 2 weeks (and that’s in addition to the week of waiting for a reply to my first e-mails and multiple unanswered calls to the shop), Gil still has not responded to my e-mail from last week, and nobody seems to know why this unit has a low output, nobody seems to be in a rush to resolve it, and I’m running out of time.

Hey,

It’s alway quite hard to debug things remotely and even harder when it’s things like volume that cannot really be experienced from a video clip. Without seeing the unit there is probably not much more I can do, so this is why I’m asking the shop for some help, but there is a queue and things progress according to how busy they are. I have replied to you the same day you have written, regarding this latest volume issue so I find your timeline a bit disingenuous. I want that best for you, if that’s a return then you can start that process, if you can wait I’ll update when I have news.

Regards,

Disingenuous? What part of my timeline is disingenuous? This thread was opened 12 days ago. It was posted after waiting nearly a week for even a first reply to 2 e-mails and several unanswered phone calls. Call me impatient, call me picky for wanting the product to work as advertised, but don’t call me a liar.
