Hi. Could you please tell me if it is possible to switch the PS-2A USA version from 120V to 230V operation? Does the transformer have 230-240V windings?

No. You would need a transformer swap to accomplish that.

Hi,
i guess its possible to use a step up/step down converter infront of the PS-2A in this case? Does anybody have some experience with this regarding sound / noise issues?
