Power station rack head case vs Deliverance head

Hello there,
Will this rack case fit on top of a Deliverance 60 (VHT version, the old model) ?
Looking at the dimensions , seems like the case is to deep and therefore there might be no clearance between the bottom of the rack and the top of the amp, preventing cooling if i stack them ?
On the opposite, is it possible to put the Deliverance head on top of this rack ? (the rack is less wide)
