No signal when in opeate mode

Have been using my new PS100 for the past few weeks in my studio. Yesterday, something seems to have changed. I don’t get any signal when I put the PS100 into operate mode. If I leave it in Bypass or don’t turn it on at all, the amp signal passes through. But once I put it in operate mode, I get no signal. And the effects loop doesn’t work at all.

That could be a bad power tube or preamp tube.

Hi Dave.

I just took it downstairs and plugged my Fractal into the Preamp IN, and speaker cable out to a 4x12. Amplifier works perfectly. BTW, sounds way better than my Seymour Duncan Power Stage.

So, the amplifier works, but not when I have a signal coming from my amp speaker out in to Amp IN. Signal only plays when powered off or in Bypass mode.

Does that change your recommendation?
