No signal coming from PS-100 after fuse swap

Hey there,

I’ve had my PS-100 for a good while now and was able to use it successfully on a session about a month ago. The week after I had another session and it’s functioning properly except there’s no signal in operate mode, it’s there in bypass mode. The line output also works exactly as it should and I can use the PS-100 in between my amp and cab. I saw that the fix is usually to swap out the fuse so I did that, internal fuse didn’t look blown but I swapped it anyways, I know the cable isn’t the problem because I tested all my amps plugged straight into a cab and they all worked, but I’m getting no signal while the Power Station’s in operate. Like I said everything’s routed correctly because every amp also sends signal while it’s in bypass and at this point I just don’t know what to do. Would I need to send it in for servicing?

That could be as simple as a bad preamp tube. Do you have any kind of spare that you can try?.

Just did right now, I had an EHX gold in a tube preamp that I swapped in just to check and same thing. I put the JJ that was in my PS100 into the preamp and plugged a microphone into it and am getting a very healthy signal so i can rule out the tubes.
