Hi i’m owner of a ps100 and i was wandering if the mismatched impedance is working also if the ps100 is turned off?

When PS-100 is off and TO SPKR disconnected: PS-100 is operating as a reactive load, this is silent-mode. In this mode, yes the impedance you set on the AMP IN IMPEDANCE SELECTOR is respected.
When PS-100 is off and TO SPKR connected: PS-100 is bypassed and it send the signal to your speaker directly. In this mode, no the impedance is not respected because the PS-100 is essentially no longer in the circuit – your amp’s power goes directly into the speaker.
