FX hi/low button issue

I’ve been getting little or no sound from my PS-100 recently. I tried pushing in or out the FX hi/low button on back. I would get sound if I held the button halfway in but when I release, back to no sound.

Hi Guitarman,

Do you have local tech that could service your PS-100? If so, we can ship out a new button as a replacement part for them to fit. Otherwise, we can issue an RMA to send the unit home.

Before we do that, just run through this no-sounds checklist to see if it catches any other problems:
