Furman 1U Voltage Regulator. Looking for where best placed and do I need more cooling for the PS-2A in this scenario? Thanks a lot!

It would help to klnow the Furman model number, but in general, they do not throw off any heat or employ heat sensitive circuitry.
The PS-2A with the rack kit already has some built in clearance for ventilation, so I don’t anticipate any issues.
What else will be installed in the rack case?

Hi David, thanks much for the response. It’s just the PS-2A on the bottom, 1 empty space Furman 1800 on top. This will be used with an Axe Fx iii and 1 or 2 8 ohm 2x12 vertical cabs.

The Furman unit is 12" deep vs 9" for the PS-2. The 1800 actually does real time voltage regulation, so probably does throw off some heat, but these kinds of devices are pretty efficient nowadays, so prpbably not much heat dissipation. I would probably put that on the bottom just for weight distribution.
