Let’s make the reactive load the same impedance as your 16 Ohm cab, so set AMPLIFIER Impedance Selector to 16 Ohms. Now the total load on the PS-2A’s power amp will be your 16 Ohm cab + the 16 Ohms reactive load; this is 8 Ohms, so set SPEAKER Impedance Selector to 8 Ohms.
With an 8 Ohm cab move SPEAKER Impedance to 2/4 and AMPLIFIER to 8.
